Check In Specialist

Are you able to make every guest feel as if they are the most important visitor of the day? If so this positions may be a great fit for you. As a check in specialist you will be one of the first people that our guests interact with. Their experience starts with you.

Responsibilities include checking in guests who have purchased tickets via phone or online, making reservations from walk up guests and answering questions about General Admission or interactive programs.
If you are ready for a fast-paced, team oriented atmosphere and have strong attention to detail apply for the check in specialist position.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Check in guests who have booked via phone or online
  • Book guests in our reservation system
  • Promote Interactive programs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (high school students considered)
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Some customer experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Strong Listening Skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a high stress situation
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to continuously learn and understand changing job-related policies and procedures
  • People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
  • Starting Pay
    $10.00 an hour
    Part-Time (seasonal May – June – July – August)
