When guests enter the park, they enter our animals’ home. For their safety, the following items are not permitted in the park.
- Outside food or drink
- Glass
- Straws and lids
- Gum
- Balloons
- Pinatas
- Drones
- Snorkels
- Craft kits (elastic bands, beads, etc.)
- Small items (children’s toys)
Accessories such as sunglasses and pacifiers must be secured with a lanyard.
Jewelry and hair ties must be secure or stored away safely.
If something is dropped in an animal habitat, notify Animal Care Staff member immediately to retrieve it.
